Free Minnesota DVS Permit Practice Test Two 2024

Minnesota requires that you be at least 15 to start the graduated driver’s license process. In addition to having completed a classroom-based driver’s education class, you’ll be required to pass a written knowledge test based on the 2024 driver’s manual. The test will be multiple-choice and consists of 40 questions, of which you’ll need to correctly answer at least 32 to pass. Once you’ve passed your written knowledge exam, you’ll also be required to take a vision test, provide proof of identity, your social security number, physical residency, and a parental signature of consent on your permit application if you’re a minor. The written test itself does not have a fee, unless you fail it more than once. Every attempt to pass the knowledge test after your second attempt will require a $10 testing fee, so it’s helpful to study beforehand to save yourself some money. Once you have your permit, you’ll be required to take another driver’s education class, this time with behind-the-wheel experience, including 30 hours of classroom time and 6 hours behind the wheel. This DVS practice test will help you pass without paying the testing fee.
